The Quesadilla Factory - Centralia

No idea how this place has stars. worse quesadilla than taco bell. the pommes were not really pommes, but baked. or grills. on at least half of them there are brand marks. paid for extra meat, but still less meat than the weakest taco bell quesadillas. the tortillas were dry and tasteless. they put up BBQ sauce when I said no soaking and only cheese. all machines were broken and ate quarters. at least they returned our quarters. has made a stinking attempt to play zelda because I think they are reserved or something. I feel a little sick after a few bites and sit a few hours. do not try this a second time for security.

They are pretty good the quesadillas are reasonably priced. The arcade has some good games but a ton of them are out of order. So they are an OK place to take kids. They do have some completion now. Might need to step there game up.

The food is good, but after a recent experience, I will no longer go here. It was busy, and I expected a long wait. No problem…. It happens…. But when gotcha guy prioritizes other people over those that have ordered and been waiting, that is a problem. Someone should not walk in, order, and get their food in 10 minutes when the rest of us have been sitting there for 40 minutes patiently waiting. It was over an hour before we finally got our order. I don’t care if it’s your buddy or family. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

My friend just had her wallet stolen here, and when she asked the front counter for help they told her it wasn't their problem and to figure it out herself. All she did was ask for some help and kept being told that it was her problem not theirs, and that she had to leave and stop causing a scene. What kind of people react to a situation like that? Not the kind of people I would give any business to. This place has unfortunately gone severely downhill. Food is mid too honestly like pick it up guys. If I could leave a negative starred review I would, based on the experience here alone.

Amazing food. Don't be fooled it's a full meal. Arcade is well put together pool table and multi air hockey. Can't wait to do a viewing party.
