Iron Chef - CENTRAL VALLEY

The experience was absolutely terrible! I had a reservation for 7:00 but didn't get seated until 8:30. Every time I tried to speak to a staff member, they would turn away from me. I was promised a table, but when it finally became available, it was given to someone else. This was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Being understated doesn’t excuse not holding a table for customers. If you can’t accommodate guests, you should let them know in advance. I would never recommend this restaurant. It was a total waste of my time, and I can't imagine the food being good enough to make it worthwhile!

Just because you may be understaffed doesn’t mean you should turn away customers without a proper explanation. If you can’t accommodate guests, you should let them know. I would never recommend this restaurant. It was a complete waste of my time. The food can't possibly be that good!
