La Belle Epoque

I have never eaten here after four attempts. Tonight after calling the receptionist and asking again, how late is “La Belle open?” it’s open till 10pm” but if you arrive at 9:30 they refuse to seat you. Putting the chef’s persona agenda before the restaurant’s hours of operation goes to show you just where their priorities lie.

We checked into Sofitel as we had an early morning flight. At check in we were told there was no need to book the restaurants. Went to Belle Epoque at 7.15 and were told they couldn’t serve us for 2 hours. Restaurant had many empty tables and the manager said they had a party of 12 coming in so they were too busy to serve us. This is an expensive airport hotel and airport restaurant. Rude service. Very unhelpful . Won’t be staying again

Very cozy restaurant in the Sofitel Hotel T5. The decor is nice and harmonious the selection of food and wine very good. There are also daily specials proposed. The food was subtle in taste and very nice. Thanks to the whole team Reema, Raul, Tekin, Georgia, Ben and Nefi for their professionalism, good service and friendliness. Very comfortable restaurant at the Sofitel Hotel T5. The decor is nice and harmonious choice of food and very good wines. Daily specials are also offered. A good place for dinner. Located to the left from reception. Nice and open interior. The food was good but bear in mind dishes are relatively small. The Guinea fowl was tasty. I recommend this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
