フィードバックを提供するThe photos that they show you when you are booking the hotel do not look anything like your actual hotel room. The paint was peeling from the ceiling in one bathroom, the window were rusted and the shower flooded. The second shower was filthy and we weren 't able to use it.The carpeting in the hallway was worn through and torn and very dirty. It was disgusting. We contacted the office where we made the reservation and they claimed that they have never had a single complaint about the units and would send up the cleaning staff for an extra cleaning. This would not help the unit. Then they offered to move me on my final night but offered no other discounts. We wouldn 't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! A real disappointment. The only high note was that it was located in a beautiful area. After we returned back home and had internet again, we looked up the reviews on yelp and see that we are the only people with similar complaints. Very interesting! DON 'T GO HERE!!!!!!
I would give this review no stars if I could. This place is in a great location with easy access to everything. That being said, the actual apartments are a shocking contrast to the lobby area. Permanent residents of the apartments smoke even though there are no smoking signs posted and some of the rooms smell like smoke. They *might change rooms for you but if possible, avoid staying here if you can. Very old, extremely outdated, and the front desk is rude. It is not just one person at the counter- they are all unhelpful and unfriendly. Be prepared to bring your own detergent and wash your towels because they are changed once a week.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Horrible customer sevice and the room looks like its from a low grade horror movie! Looks nothing like the pictures online. It was so bad i had to go to another hotel. Even though it was advertised as non smoking, it reeked like cigarettes. The guy from front desk was not helpful and wouldnt accomodate me for another room. AVOID!!!
Decent rooms and a cute kitchen. It's in a nice area and easily accessible from the freeway. That said, checking in a was PAIN. I emailed them twice before arriving to see if it was possible to check in early, or at least drop off our bags. No response. We arrived about an hour before our official check in time, and they allowed us to drop off our bags. We went to grab some food, and came back at the regular check in time only to be informed that we would have to keep waiting for our room because housekeeping was behind. We were forced to wait in a VERY cold, drafty waiting room with no seating for 45 minutes. Similar story when we asked for a hairdryer. We had to call reception several times and it took nearly two hours to receive it. Wifi is an additional charge- about $14/day (which seems excessive). Showers are low pressure and not as warm as you might hope during the London winter. Staff was generally pleasant and the rooms were cute, but the wifi and check in process made our stay less than pleasant.
Let me start with the positives: the location is excellent, the price is reasonable, the lobby is stunning, and the room is modern and well-maintained. So why only two stars? I’m encountering this issue frequently, and it feels like misleading advertising. This establishment is aware that their Wi-Fi service is poor, and a significant portion of guests who check in—and even pay for Wi-Fi—don’t actually receive it. They even admitted this to us when we reported the problem. Their response was essentially, “Yes, people do complain. If you need to get something done, just go to the lobby; the Wi-Fi there works fine.” This is misleading advertising and an entirely unacceptable response, with no effort made to offer any compensation, even a partial refund. Things can go wrong, but this situation reeks of dishonesty. Given the positive aspects, I can't help but question what else they may be misrepresenting. I suggest avoiding this place until they address these issues.
