Rails 133 - Central

Every little thing is charged to your bill, sides of Ketchup, ice water and couldn 't quite figure out the taxes and fees part of the bill. They more than tried to have me leave happy but the damage was done.

This place was so great before. Food took 35 min when the last 20 min there was no one left in the restaurant except one family. We did come at 130 on a Sunday so a lot of items were running out or already gone but that 's not unexpected. Food was late, sides were cold, and when I told the owner, he had so many excuses. I paid, went back in because I was upset with his response and told him that. So he said "well what do you want me to do? "And I got more excuses. After more than 5 min, he did offer a refund. I was so much more upset, I left without accepting. Wow he was such a jerk. Basically, if you are a big party, sounds like they will treat you well. The owner does not care and he is so rude.

I like this restaurant so much that my family planned a surprise birthday party for me at the restaurant. The staff was kind and courtious and the food is home made and delicious.

The food was great. The boneless wings were the best I have ever had. The pork rinds were great. Food I rarely eat. The shrimp and grits were amazing. I was surprised in a great way. Sam, our waiter and the owner were very attentive.

We arrived after 7, restaurant was not busy. Got put in a back room, service was awful.Half of the group ordered burgers, and every single one of them was over cooked. And one member of our party got no meal at all. Got told their ticket got missed. Won't be back
