I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's.

The cheese steak is delicious and the best in town. My wife, who is very picky, enjoyed her turkey sandwich. However, the selection of sides is surprisingly limited, only offering chips. It would be much better if they offered healthier options like a side salad, cole slaw, or pickles. Update: I saw bowls on the menu today and asked if I could substitute a side salad. They told me no, but offered a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, and Mike's Way. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I was happy with the option.

The restaurant is extremely overpriced.
