Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Centerton

Major props for being the only fast food in Centerton that is consistently good. Others should take notes.

I love their smoothies sometimes, but ive been coming here since they’ve opened and always end up sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins when there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. Rarely I get lucky and get my 1 smoothie within 5 mins while sitting at the window, but tend to end up waiting 10-15 mins. Not a great place for a quick stop before work.

Flies everywhere! The dirt on the floors in the kitchen is unbelievable the chicken comes from a bag that's left out until all used and smoothies are made without gloves and fruit and supplements are touched by hands that are rarely washed. And Lets not begin with the trash in the smoothie drain on the ground next to the blenders that's never cleaned!! The workers (kids) who work are horribly rude and preppy who don't even train you to know how to work the computers or cook/make smoothies and when u work there u barely get hours and barely any good pay leaving you with 30$ at the end of 2 weeks. Just an awful place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!

This location used to be amazing but they 've gone downhill and I have no idea why. The past 3 times I 've ordered from here my order has been wrong. The smoothie is the only thing they 've gotten right consistently, but tonight I ordered a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with sun chips and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with baked lays. Both chips were wrong, I got a soggy mess of a chicken bacon ranch that was mainly tomatoes, and then another Flatbread that... I 'm not even sure what it is. I called to let them know, and their response, although bless her heart she sounded like she had no clue what she was doing, was Come in next time and let someone know you 've talked to us and we will give you two free meals. I 've written your name down. I 'm not sure why I can 't be refunded or why you can 't credit my account since I ordered through the app? Plus, not sure I 'll be getting food again from this location. You get 1 star for the smoothies still tasting good, and 1 star for the smoothies not being wrong. Other than that though, yikes!
