The food was exceptional, hitting all the right notes with every bite. I highly recommend trying the Italian Spice, The Outlaw, and The Ultimate B M T – each dish was bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Even for a takeout meal, the atmosphere was inviting and added to the overall experience. This is definitely a place worth trying!

I placed a mobile order and had my husband pick it up. I ordered a veggie sandwich with bacon and a cold cut combo, along with two bags of chips. On the order form, I specified: "Please cook the bacon only on the veggie sandwich. Do not toast, just cook the bacon. Thank you!" When my husband came back with the order, guess what? My bacon wasn’t cooked at all—it was still cold and floppy! Plus, my husband’s sandwich was missing lettuce. The staff really needs to pay more attention to the order details.

This Subway in Centerton, AR, is hands down the best one I've ever ordered from, and I've tried many. I always get the same sandwich: an Italian BMT with meat, cheese, mayo, and vinaigrette dressing. Since moving here, I've ordered from this location six times, and each one has been consistently delicious. I want to extend my gratitude to all the employees at the Centerton location for their fantastic work—please keep it up! There was 2 workers in dinner rush. Probably 10-13 customers in store, mostly mobile orders. The girl has blue hair and the boy working had curly blonde hair (forgot their names) but they absolutely got slammed at once and those 2 were moving as fast as they could. They had a Karen walk in and yell at them because the app gave her am estimated time of 6:15 and it was 6:25. I don't like waiting as much as the next person but I also understand when you get so many orders at once, all you can do is roll with it and go as quick as possible which they were doing. And if that Karen happens to see this, my order was a mobile order as well and the app gives you an estimated time, but also shows when it's actually ready. Going into a shop and yelling at two very young employees that didn't design the app and are clearly doing what they can with the staffing they have fixes nothing. Do better. Also the food we ordered was made amazing and they double checked everything was right.
