Moe's Southwest Grill - Centerton

I'm not even sure where to begin. I've visited this restaurant five times in total, and each experience has been worse than the last. On my third visit, I went through the drive-thru and received cold food. During my fourth visit, we were missing an entire quesadilla from our order. On this last occasion, I opted for delivery through the app and added cheese dip to my bowl, along with queso as a side. However, the order arrived poorly portioned, cold, and with just a few pieces of chicken. To top it off, the queso was missing altogether. It was just a terrible experience.

I've been eager to try the new Moe's, and although I've seen some negative comments, I believe it's just a learning process for the new employees. So, I decided to stop by yesterday and order inside. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick. The food was fantastic—everything was very fresh, from the rice and chicken to the grilled vegetables and all the toppings—absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning. (In the photo, it looks and smells so good that I started eating before remembering to take a picture, so there are a couple of bites already taken!)

I shared a plate of nachos with my mom and ordered a cup of queso. The nachos were just okay; the meat was unevenly distributed over the chips, and the proportions of the other ingredients were off. The cheese dip was disappointing, scoring no higher than a C grade—it was on par with what you’d find at your local Walmart. However, the staff was friendly and attentive, which is a pleasant surprise compared to what others have said about this place. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine, which is a nice touch.

DON'T. JUST DON'T GO HERE. Save yourselves dome humiliation. I love Moe's more than anything. But this location in Centerton has the worst customer service than anywhere. I was standing for more than 10 mins near to the station where you order. There was literally nobody in the queue. They still did not take my order. It was not even the busiest time. They are borderline racist if not lazy or just bad employee or even badly managed employees. No wonder Rogers has a better rating. It's my humble request to the manager at the Centerton location, please you NEED to take some action. You ratings are direct reflection of how your store operations are going on. I will be definitely driving 8 more miles to Rogers to get good service and good food from Moe's.

Moe's is a pretty good place to eat was excited when this one popped up in Centerton! I like their food, tastes good and seems to be consistent when I try it. Highly recommend the burritos. They're HUGE and tasty! I love that you care choose from lots of different toppings and get your food just how you want it! Service here was great, the people were very nice in ghe drive thru. All around goof place, we will definitely eat there again!
