I just ordered a pizza and had a disappointing experience. First, it was delivered to the wrong house. Second, it arrived folded over in the box. Third, I requested it to be well done, but it’s hardly cooked at all. I’ve had enough. This place used to be good, and I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years, but not anymore.

This is one terrible place, I order 10 pies for a high school basketball team and ask for them to be delivered in between 6:45 and 7 pm and the guy came 25 minutes early when the basketball game goes until 6;45 and by the time the kids ate it was cold, I called to make a complaint and the girl at the counter was so rude and when I finally got the manager he was worse and literally told me to screw myself after I paid $200 including tip for 10 pies.
