There are not many Denny's on Long Island. But they are across the country. This Denny's delivers on it's menu service and food. Great for kids and adults.
I wanted to enjoy breakfast with my husband, and overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The service was good; the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty, and the bathroom was clean. However, I gave it four stars instead of five because our coffee, which cost $3.50 per cup, was never refilled, and we weren't offered a refill, either. The cups were just regular size, nothing fancy or oversized. I understand prices have gone up, but it felt a bit frustrating. In total, we spent $40 (before tip) for two breakfasts, which seemed a bit high for coffee and pancakes. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, as we found it just a tad too expensive for what we received.
I can't say enough good things about this place! It has a charming old-fashioned vibe, reminiscent of a country diner in the heart of West Virginia. The establishment is clean, and you won't have to wait long to be seated. The food comes out quickly and is absolutely delicious—just as good as that of its competitors. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. For a family of four, I typically spend around $60, making it very affordable. I love this restaurant, and since 2012, it has remained one of our family’s favorite spots. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by; you’ll find that it exceeds your expectations!
I hadn't visited Denny's in years, so I decided to go back. It was amazing! The food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotless! The cinnamon pancakes were the highlight for me. I really love this Denny's!
