Cubs Q - Centennial

This is the only authentic BBQ spot in the greater Denver metro area. With roots in Kansas City, their BBQ stands out from the second-rate Texas styles you'll find elsewhere. The burnt ends are absolutely incredible, and the homemade sauce is fantastic.

Everything on the menu looks fantastic! The smoker is situated right out front, which adds to the ambiance. I tried the brisket, and it had amazing flavor and was incredibly tender. It definitely didn't need any sauce!

I had the best turkey I've ever tasted! Yes, you read that right—turkey! Ben is fantastic! You should definitely come here to eat; it's the best!

Cubs Q catered our wedding in August and we cannot say enough good things about them! They had us in for a tasting and were very helpful with answering all questions and very reasonable with prices. They handled everything on the wedding day and made everything so easy on a hectic day. We really wanted a food truck at our wedding so they added on their trailer and it made for such a fun experience for our guests! Having the food served right off the truck also expedited the dinner process over a buffet table. All of the food was amazing and all the guests complimented on it! Fantastic Burnt ends...probably the best I've had outside of Kansas City and right up there with those that I have had in KC. Dont let the cleanliness of the restaurant or full bar fool you this bbq joint is fantastic.
