Red Rooster - Centennial Park

As we are not very familiar with this place, the hub decided that we have our dinner here instead before driving off to the airport. Therefore we ordered their shared meal which is huge that the 2 of us cannot get to finish it. Abit...More

We are out for lunch to buy a family picnic we went to the drive thru hoping that it will be quick. Just 3 cars ahead of me, but before I reached the speaker box I've already consumed 10 minutes and before I reached the window more than 1/2 hour I guess it took me just to get away. Ordered a family meal but the chicken is dried.

The store is good as it should be for a large food chain like this, staff are friendly, great for party foods

The Red Rooster chicken is delicious and they put just enough salt on their chips. The drive-through is very convenient.

Being an Albany local I have been to Red Rooster Albany, many, many times, not just with family but with a large group of friends that get together every 2nd Saturday to have lunch together. Last night my family and I were served by one of the most rudest and arrogant young boys we have every had the displeasure of dealing with anywhere in the world. We were not the only ones complaing about the boys attitude, several other customers were very unimpressed. The worst thing was we had to deal with him again, because when we got home our order was totally wrong. The boy was told by my now, angry husband his attitude was unbelievably bad and should not work in customer service places. No apology, infact he said nothing at all. We then spoke to the Manager and although he apologised he didn't really seem to care. It's a pity Trip Advisor doesn't have a rating "WORSE THAN TERRIBLE" because that would of been my rating! Chicken Treat has just inherited our future business!!
