Had the pleasure of stopping here for breakfast. Firstly, it appears lovely and clean. Staff are super polite and helpful. Then we ordered and received our meal and drinks. OMG, I have never had such a good chia latte in a mug that BIG. Our meals were just as pleasing. I ordered the big breakfast, and it certainly was that. Great value for money. It was such a great start to our big day. The store had a beautiful collection of bags, etc, with indigenous artwork patterns for sale.
Ordered a simple breakfast of coffee, eggs, bacon, tomatoes and spinach. Eggs came fried rather than poached, as ordered, but the cafe was busy with attendees from a local government conference and weren’t greasy so I didn’t say anything. Meal was a good basic country fare breakfast and service was efficient. During a pandemic I went because of the outdoor seating. In Winter, with a table in the sun, it was lovely. There are also shaded outdoor tables and tables indoors.
Stopped for a quick brekkie at 0700. But got two brekkie muffins each when one would have been plenty. It kept us going all day on our trip though.
Called in for a coffee mid morning. Very friendly young person most attentive, coffee was made to perfection (alternative milks available). Went back for a second in the afternoon only to find they had closed for the day. Next time I will stop in for breakfast. While you wait for your coffee, you can read about the journey of the local indigenous peoples that lead to this establishment, it is inspirational.
