Little Caesars Pizza - Cedar Rapids

Never fails again, our pizza was ready to come here, it was even started. Absolutely garbage place didn't drive well at all. This is 4 times in 4 weeks and every time it waits an hour for our food.

It's been a few months since I ordered because the last 2 times my pizza was very under baked and I got tired of throwing money away! I decided to have it for lunch today and got to my office and guess what, my pizza is again very under baked! I took a bite and it was all doughy and gross! Unacceptable and really disappointing! Another waste of my time and money! On a side note, ordered extra sausage and it wasn't any more than usual.

Employees were nice and respectful ONLY issue seems to be lack of staff and having only 2 in the CR area after closing the one on mt Vernon Rd so that means more buisnesses and stress on employees. Overall good cheap food lol.

This location has been a train wreck every time I've been there. Pandemonium and confusion reigns and the end result usually is long waits (even if ordering online) and pizzas you didn't ask for. I ordered online, and was told it was ready to pick up. But when I got there only 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered was in the portal. Talked to employee and was told they would get the other to me in 5 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I get my second pizza. After returning home, I opened the box I waited 20 minutes for and discovered it wasn't what I had ordered. The pizza provided was 2 bux less than the one I ordered, but didn't feel like attempting to get restitution from the store. Based on their inability to provide their core functions (getting the correct pizza made timely), I figured that it would be beyond them and be more trouble than it was worth. Avoid this store unless you have a craving that just won't be denied.

My son and I stopped in to grab a hot and ready pizza, none available but were told 10 minutes and one would be done... We waited 45 minutes (I'd already paid) and watched people who came in after us get their pizza first(they placed their order at the counter like we did). Not one time did any staff apologize for our wait but the people leaving before us did numerous times.
