Bruegger's Bagels - Cedar Rapids

We?re going to call this a tasty bagel in a house of misery! Bagels were great but it seemed that the only thing staff liked less than the customers was each other. I?ve read these other reviews and they should bring back the guy who liked wrestling! These three women are not very happy...

Bought a baker's dozen of a variety of bagels with 2 cream cheese with veggies. They were fresh, moist smelled wonderful! Would recommend puting them in a zip lock bag to keep them fresh if you're not going to eat them right away! We were waited on quickly, help was friendly patient while we decided on what bagels we wanted. We were in out in 10 minutes or less!

Drove from Kirkwood Community College between the classes for breakfast. It was further than expected, but super fast and delicious food with quality service. Worth the drive!

I visit this restaurant nearly every day. The bagels and coffee are delicious. The staff is always friendly, although it did take them a while to sign me up for their rewards program. I receive a free item occasionally, which is always a nice treat. It's great to get a complimentary bagel once in a while.

I have been a customer at the Mt. Vernon Road location for a year and have always received great customer service. However, on July 8, 2022, I experienced the worst customer service ever. Upon entering the restaurant while on my phone (which I acknowledge as rude), the employee behind the counter ignored me for 4 minutes. When I finally asked to place an order, she rudely responded that she was waiting for me to get off my phone. Shocked by her unprofessionalism, I decided to leave, to which she responded dismissively. It is clear that this employee is not suited for the customer service industry. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from returning to the restaurant in the future.
