The drinking glasses were really unpleasant, with a thick residue on them. The menu is filled with overpriced dishes that aren’t worth it. The pool tables were decent and well-maintained, but the selection is limited, and most of them have cracks at the tips or are warped.
Great prices on drinks and an affordable pool table! It's an awesome spot—truly a real pool hall!
I visited The Corner Pocket for the first time on Saturday afternoon, and it was pleasantly quiet, with only a few tables occupied. It was refreshing to have a place to play a few games of pool without being surrounded by too much noise. Although we encountered an issue with some of the tables, the bar staff was very helpful and accommodating. The drinks were enjoyable as well. I found the atmosphere to be welcoming and friendly. They host regular pool leagues for both men and women and have around 10 or 11 tables, so you shouldn't have a hard time finding a spot unless it's a league night.
I went with my family for Mother's Day, and it was a wonderful experience! The only issue we encountered was that the table kept eating our cue ball whenever we scratched, but other than that, everything was great. The atmosphere was enjoyable!
