Starbucks Coffee - Cedar Park

The baristas are very polite. The coffee is excellent, and the service is swift. The decor and interior design are beautifully executed.

Starbucks really needs to retrain their staff. I'm frustrated with how often I come in for my favorite drink, only to receive something that doesn't resemble it at all. This is supposed to be the toasted vanilla shaken espresso, but it's completely undrinkable. My husband's brown sugar latte isn't any better. We spend too much money to end up with drinks we can't enjoy. Don't even bother asking for a remake.

I decided to call and explain our situation, and to my surprise, they immediately offered to wait for me. When I arrived, they already had everything prepared. I was ready to pay, but the staff member told me not to worry about it. I was absolutely blown away by their kindness. He then handed me a Starbucks cup, which made my night even more special. I called my husband on the way home, overwhelmed with emotion, and cried to him. Although it might seem like a small gesture, it meant the world to me. I will always remember this act of kindness, and I plan to call the store tomorrow to let the manager know they have the best employees. They truly deserve recognition for their wonderful service!

Great baristas. Spilled my drink in the parking lot and they gave me another one at no cost. Restored my faith in people!

I come to Starbucks often and always have a wonderful experience! Normally I come around night time and the baristas are always kind and efficient; especially Shelby, Bones, and Devon. Highly suggest coming :
