Lucy's Fried Chicken - Cedar Park

I had no chicken fried steak in a long time I had eaten it on a last Sunday. I decided to try it at Lucy?s Fried Chicken and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the bread, which was crispy and well prepared, although the steak was a little on the small side. Came with good potatoes and gravy. Also, some onion rings had ordered that were all right.

Bland food. For somewhere with fried chicken in the name, we were sorely disappointed in what we got. Breading fell off the chicken sandwich too easily. The half of chicken with a creamy sauce came with an unseasoned gravy like substance. Tasted like somebody forgot to add the broth to the gravy. And the Mac n cheese. It was just so sad. No other words to describe the unfortunate bowl of noodles. Our dogs did enjoy the leftovers though. Service was good though! Honestly, it was refreshing to have an awesome waitress.

Just delicious! Diablo Oysters were wonderful and spicy fire. Chicken Fried Steak, Fried Chicken, and margaritas did not disappoint. One slice of the peanut butter (Elvis) pie ended up with us buying two whole pies to take home! Going to be out new favorite spot when we drive into town!

Summer Night Surf Shack Vibes, Clean environment, pretty good food. The Naughty Tots are amazing and the Elvis pie is pretty great. Overall had a nice visit, picnic style tables and quick service. Outdoor play area for kids, great app and great desert.Our server was kind and knowledgeable, food came out fast with a nice presentation. Sadly the chicken just wasn 't anything to write home about. Definitely feels like some good 'home made ' style southern fried chicken but lacks in pop or flavor. (We ordered a bucket and no one reached for a 2nd piece) A good spot to try at least once, also great for accommodating large parties. Definitely get the Naughty Tots!

Lucy's doesn't just have amazing fried chicken all the other foods are great. I've had their fried chicken spaghetti casserole before as well and it's amazing. Today I wanted to try their buffalo wings as well as their onion rings. the buffalo wings are a little bit different than what your normal used to their barbecue smoke and then coated so they're not your typical fried crispy type Wing but they are amazingly delicious and it's the entire Wing from the shoulder out so definitely plenty to eat. Their onion rings are great it's a heavy beer batter type coating on it the slices of onions could have been a little bit thicker but outside of that everything was perfect and of course always wonderful service
