Alzer's Barbecue - Cedar Park

Okay, I just found your place from a Google search because I love barbecue, but could never find a halal place. I always ate brisket from Rudy’s i know not halal) I am so happy for a halal barbecue place! I will definitely be checking y’all out.

WOW!! One of my favorite bbq spots now! It’s so amazing to also know for those that eat halal meat, that some of their menu offerings has halal available. The chopped brisket sandwich is amazing and perfect in size. The wood smoke aroma hits you nicely and the meat is very tender and juicy. The term when meat melts in your mouth is exactly what their brisket is. Add the sauce and a jalapeño and it all just melts in your mouth. The fat ratio in the meat is also great. Can’t wait to visit them again in the future!!

We really enjoyed the barbecue at Alzer's. You can smell the deliciousness as you walk up to the food truck. For BBQ in Cedar Park, I'd give a thumbs up and it saves us a trip going into Austin for good barbecue. The staff is friendly and there's parking available. We'll be back again.

Amazing halal brisket, lamb chops and chicken!! If only they still had ribs : The owner, brother Nasir and his son were so friendly and helpful, definitely looking forward to visiting them again asap!

Fantastic Barbeque, great potato salad and wonderful service! Had always heard about this place but never had the chance to stop and try it out! I am soooooooo happy today was the day we finally made it! Now I am sad we haven't been sooner so we could have enjoyed it longer. It's a cute little food trailer next to a shell gas station with outdoor seating. Why stand in a 3 hour long line in Austin when better barbecue is just around the corner in Cedar Park! Can't wait to come back now that we've found this little secret! P.S. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
