Harris -b-que - Cedar Hill

I?ve had barbecue from many places in my life and I can certainly say this place does it best!! I came in when it was quiet and was amazed at the size of my sandwich. Normally I?ll only eat half of my lunch and save the rest for later but I had to enjoythe whole meal in this sitting. I always look out for small restaurants like these as they?re a hidden gem. Loved it!!

This is undoubtedly the best barbecue I've had in the Dallas area. The portion sizes are incredibly generous! My chopped beef sandwich was loaded with enough meat for two sandwiches. I also appreciate that you can order the meat to your preference; I prefer it on the leaner side. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

To be honest, I took this picture just to show that I was here because the food disappeared in under a minute, leaving me no time to snap a photo of it. Now that I have your attention, I have to say that this is the best BBQ spot I’ve found in the DFW area so far. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, the potato salad is to die for, and the beans are packed with flavor. This place is truly a fantastic discovery!

Barbecue at its best! Don't let the small size of the restaurant deter you. I tried the ribs and sliced brisket, along with coleslaw and green beans. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor! The coleslaw was a bit coarse for my taste, but it was still enjoyable. The portions are generous for the price, making this place well worth the drive to Cedar Hill, conveniently located just off the highway.
