フィードバックを提供するWe had been on the road for about 10 hours, and were so excited to find a Wendy’s. The fries were cold, but we waited at the drive through for about 15 minutes, so they had time to make them fresh. When we got to our hotel, we realized we had been given the wrong drink, and no silverware or toppings for the salad. The salad was also missing the cheese. The service was very slow, and we were the only customers. The cashier was not very friendly.
Waited 28 minutes to order and get our food. Workers standing around on their phones. Others just standing there
Had a little trouble the first two visits, but now they've seem to have it together.
Was not given the correct sandwich, so it was a waste of $13. Was given spicy chicken not the Asiago.
I ordered and had my meal inside. The staff were courteous and kind. We didn't have to spend a lot of money for good food.
