Pisco Peruvian - Cedar City

The food and service were out of this world. The seating area was a bit on the warm side. I would definitely come back to this restaurant!

Several people mentioned the air conditioning (or lack thereof). It was quite noticeable, but even in August, it wasn't uncomfortable. The food was decent, and the servers were very friendly and attentive. However, the dress code was a bit surprising. While Pisco has a smart business attire policy, this restaurant is the complete opposite. Don't stress about how we dressed; it really doesn't matter.

I had an amazing culinary experience! The food was fantastic—truly a gem in Southeast Utah!

Eating was very fat and meat was overcooked. it was hot in there and they were out of the food we came to eat.
