Caught in Cattolica just as a storm was approaching and decided to duck into this restaurant for dinner. The owner was bustling all around, giving orders to the waiters to clear tables out of the rain. I tried a whole fish in cartoccio (turned out to be aluminum foil). This was the most moist fish I have ever had. It had a few olives, potatoes and a small amount of sauce. Hubby had a raw fish plate and also enjoyed it.
