Rip Van Winkle Brewing Company

We had dinner at Rip Van Winkle 10. September 2022 while we were in the area. We were addressed there. It wasn't disappointed. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Bus staff was very attentive. You have a nice menu. They brought fresh farmhouse white bread and butter to the table. The bread was hot and fresh and the butter was sweet cream butter. The bread was - way to soft not much taste.. but was presented immediately and was warm. We have every salad. The salad was very good. The dressings were delicious. He has Ranch, I have blue cheese. We both really enjoyed the salad. My friend got the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich he enjoyed very much. I have the Salmon Candita. It exceeded my expectations. The salmon was perfectly cooked. It was a slightly roasted sesame lake with an orange glaze sauce. It was served with rice and vegetables: julienne zucchini and carrots via spinach. It was very delicious. I even enjoyed the white rice that I generally do not like white rice, but this was cooked and beautifully seasoned. The texture was perfect. I would give this restaurant four and a half stars.. extraordinary service, salads and entrees exceeded expectations. only proposal. Overall and excellent experience would definitely come back.

I went, I spent and bought a growler for my collection. They did great, right up till they gave me an ugly bottle for my 60 dollars for beer. So everyone can see, you only get 5 stars, if you complete the experience. Now all I see from it is a smudged 30 dollar bottle. Food is is awesome and staff are friendly. Send a new empty bottle, you get 5 stars....

The food and service is so amazing! Chef Ramsey would approve the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese hands down so delicious! The Burger with the pesto mayo yummmm! Drinks so good in every way. Go here and you will want to go back the very next week! Family friendly and good choices for kids.

Is it a brewery or a restaurant? I couldn?t figure it out, however the veal parmigiana was really good and the portions were very big. The IPA was pretty good too.

This place is nice and quiet..really clean. We arrived early with plenty of parking. The kitchen wasn?t open but they were making pizza which was really good. The staff was friendly and they had 4 packs and growlers.
