IHOP always has great flavors, even if the food is not hot. The best part was in the parking lot.

Tiffany is an excellent manager in an area popular with concertgoers and performers. The servers are outstanding, and the General Manager, Cort, is fantastic as well. This feedback comes from someone who has observed the team closely. The kitchen is spotless, and the dining area is equally well-maintained. No need for pictures—just come in and enjoy a wonderful experience!

We had breakfast at the restaurant. My wife ordered the Colorado Omelet, and she really enjoyed it. I had two eggs, four pieces of bacon, and two pancakes, all of which were good, along with coffee. The coffee costs $2.69, which is quite reasonable. Our total bill was around $25. The service was good, but I found it a bit puzzling that we had to wait a little to be seated, especially since the place wasn't crowded. Overall, I would definitely go back there.
