Mcdonald's - Catonsville

This location is clean and neat. The decor is up to date. The food was above average and served immediately. The staff was attentive and in good mood. The bathrooms were in good shape. Fast food is a fine line between good and bad, and this place makes a good job.

Great service here. Clean, quick, and really ran well. All the staff do their best. Didn't wait long and our food came out hot, and tasty.

They have the sweetest employees that work here. They always accommodate my special requests. On two separate occasions I wanted my iced coffee sweeter. I went back in and they provided me with a lot of extra sweetener. Lol, one time I was in a rush and mistakenly drove right past the drive thru ordering machine right up to the first window. They were so nice. The guy says ah people do that sometimes. It happens . Such nice people here.

I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly residents and staff at the restaurant, who came from diverse backgrounds. The employees demonstrated a strong commitment to providing excellent service to customers.

Quai is an excellent manager! She effectively leads her team!
