Kfc - Catonsville

In the morning at 1030. The young lady told me she had to log in to the system and count her draw I was cool with. About five minutes later, a young man came into the window and asked me if I had the exact money I said no. They couldn't log into the system. So another five minutes went by and the guy came back and said we can't pay you out so we need the food back. The manager never apologized. Not my fault, your system was down, and what did you do with the food I had in my car... With Kovid you gave it to someone...

Why are they closed at night by 2 inwards? The restaurant of the other is open inside. Please do better. All employees there to serve only 1 window makes no sense... In addition, they are slow.

Hit and miss sometimes there food is good other times not so last couple of times chicken was extra greasy and it seemed like the chicken was barely more than an egg. Infact the chicken leg was so small even my cat was like WTH....

I ordered original recipe chicken legs and when I brought them home, they were extra crispy, burnt, and left under the lights probably all day. I couldn?t even chew them they were like rubber.

Worst kfc I?ve ever been too. Do NOT go here. Drive the extra few miles to the next closest one. Multiple times they have forgot things from my order. Today I went and 1. gave me a flat soda without ice 2. Forgot my sauces 3. Gave me the wrong sandwich 4. The food in general just does not taste good.
