Don Sweet Sue's Cafe - Cathedral City

Last week, we spent some time in Palm Springs and had such a delightful family dinner at Don and Sweet Sue's that we returned for breakfast the following day. The service was excellent—attentive and quick. The restaurant had a calm and relaxed atmosphere, not noisy or overcrowded. The food was truly delicious and offered great value for money. Oh, and I should mention, they serve breakfast all day! Yum! The kids especially enjoyed the pancakes shaped like Mickey Mouse.

My wife and I visited the area and discovered this fantastic restaurant on Urban Spoon. The service was excellent, and the venue was very clean. They have a lovely outdoor seating area with a refreshing mist to keep you cool. The food was outstanding! The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable!

The service was decent, though a bit on the slow side, but it wasn't anything major. We ordered the acidic French toast, which was pretty average, and the Shamrock, which was quite enjoyable if you're a fan of hash. The restaurant has a family-friendly vibe and the food is generally good. Overall rating: B.

Great breakfast. I really liked this place. I had the belgian waffles and a side of bacon, both of which were very good. My dining companion had the blueberry pancakes and was very pleased. The service was very good as well. I would definitely return.
