Habit make no doubt! I've been linked to these things since my first in Walnut Creek, back to the 80s! Small place next to McDonalds, both of which are gone. Today I had thrown a king of Philly w/bacon

I normally don't do anything that look likes a chain, but I took a chance and was blown away. Old school style Cheesesteaks, sweet peppers, old school buns, and it all just came together perfectly. Highly recommended for people who live on the daring side and not for dieters. Lol. GREAT staff. Thanks, Guys!

Even in Philly, no two places make cheese steaks exactly the same. The point is, the cheese steaks here are delicious. Perfect. And you could transport any of these Cheese Steak Shop locations to Philly and they would fit right in and be accepted as the real deal because they are the real deal.

I’ve been having these sandwiches for well over a decade and they have always been great. They never changed much I hope they keep it that way. I just miss the onion rings and the old decor.

I've become accustomed to the new location. For over 30 years, we've loved the Cheese Steak Shop. The service in CV is excellent, and they prepare a fantastic BBQ Philly. Don't forget to tip generously!
