Bistrot Des Halles - Castres

I had only negative comments and went there because they were the only ones to serve after 8:30, fear in the belly... Excellent surprise that the restaurant has just been picked up and that the kitchens have been completely renovated. I don't take advantage of a tuna spread and frog thighs and I can't wait to taste the rest of the card. I highly recommend

The tartar was delicious and the parts are generous. Prices are correct. The staff is pleasant and smiling. I recommend.

The welcome was great, the atmosphere too. The service was fast and in addition our entire order was really very good and cheap! I'll be back!
