Italian food in Castlebar, I was a bit skeptical but it turned out well. The food was much better than I anticipated. My wife had the Penne All' Amatriciana and thought it was delicious. I had the Linguine Stromboli and it was good but not outstanding. If you don't like squid and/or muscles then I would not order that dish. It was very busy but the staff were very good and attentive. Try the home made ice cream for dessert, very nice.

The price is too much for the quality of food. It gave us a bad reputation of Italian food. Honestly the pastas are like the ones that are bought ready made in supermarkets. Even the chicken. Pizza is also not exceptional. Disappointed to be honest. Will not repeat.
