Mcdonald's - Castle Rock

First experience at this location and very satisfied. Line was long but was moving quickly. You could tell the food was prepared shortly before being served, best McDonald's I've had in a while.

The staff were incredibly sincere and helpful. I placed my order late at night (after 11:30 PM) inside the restaurant instead of using the drive-thru. They provided me with approximate wait times and I received my food a bit earlier than expected. Even though the registers were closed, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and let me know about menu options that I might have missed otherwise. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10, especially since the food was warm and clearly prepared right after I ordered it!

I visit this McDonald's about twice a week—who am I kidding? It's more like six times a week. Shameful, I know. Anyway, I recently tried the cinnamon roll for the first time, and it was overcooked, making it hard on the outside. However, the other menu items are generally good. I did encounter some attitude once when an employee questioned whether I had actually paid in the drive-thru, which was quite rude. After pushing back a bit, I thought, how could I prove my payment? They don’t give you a receipt until after you receive your food.

The drive-thru staff were great! Everything was hot and fresh. Because I've been on a strict medical diet, I haven't been to any McDonald's in over four years, so it was wonderful to see that the quality has remained consistent.
