Chick-Fil-A - Castle Rock

I am not one who has visited many Chick-fil-A restaurants, but my daughter loves it and her sweeter tee has become a favorite for me. this particular situation is amazing. her customer service is absolutely the best I have ever seen from a car-dru restaurant. I am appalled in court and respect that they are no longer often seen by other almost food restaurants. the personal at this place has the customer service that is just above the rest and we will continue to visit them. go beyond and beyond, even in almost food! thank you for being just great!

Came at 10:28 a.m. on the journey through, around 10:35 was addressed by tate who informed me that he cannot serve the breakfast. I asked him how it is that we have been waiting for 7 minutes. he didn't say much, only can't do it and have a big day.

On Thursday, 28th juli stopped at 11 o'clock. a grilled chicken sandwich and large pommes. it was not ready to let me sit before the load for literally eight minutes. When it arrived, it was soggy and cold. the fries were also cold and soggy. I would have returned, but I was on my way. they probably knew I was in the way and gave me old food. I will never come back and not recommend to go to this dishonest place!

I specifically said no egg. And I got egg. I had to spit it out immediately because I am highly allergic to egg. I am glad I caught it before I even swallowed. Very disappointing.

Linee gets rough, people cut in and lots of issues with this. Service was great, location doesn't seem to be good for Chick-fil-A. Friendly staff, but drive thru makes it hard to enjoy going to this location.
