Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Castle Rock

I absolutely adore Cafe Rio. The food is always fresh, delicious, and offers a great selection. Don't forget to utilize the rewards app for some freebies!

That is one of my favorite places to eat. I always get the barbacoa quesadilla. it's really good! they have a great variety on their menu, but I always tend to go back to the barbacoa because that is my preferred. my man loves the steak and my daughter the vegetarian options for creating her own burrito, salats or whatever she wants.

The food was okay but slightly overpriced. They only gave a small portion of guacamole for an additional $2.50. The customer service was lacking and the takeout order did not come with napkins or forks.

Always good quality, the family enjoys what is rare. the prices have unfortunately become much higher or we would eat more often there. it is now dinner prices sit, but quickly eat experience. expect $12ish for an salat or burrito and then add to drink or snack.

We adore this restaurant and only wish there was a location nearer to us (Peyton). The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, and the best part is that kids eat for free!
