Sushi Bay - Castle Hill

This restaurant is more like a sushi bullet train than a sushi train.

This sushi restaurant lives up to its reputation. The sushi train is always crowded, which means the sushi is guaranteed to be fresh. I typically order sashimi and can't speak much about the other menu items.

I have to admit, there isn't much to praise about this restaurant. It was just average. You wouldn't come here for a culinary adventure.

Overpriced and not much variety. At least the food is quite fresh. I will only come here if I have the Entertainment voucher otherwise it not worth it. They get very busy so come early or you will have to queue for quite awhile. We ordered green tea and you can get them to refill with hot water. They would take your cup away for refills. I have always wondered if they remembered which cup belongs to who when they bring it back. So, one day I tested them by putting a mark on my tea bag label. When the waiter brought our cups back, the wrong cup was given to me! Luckily I was dining with my spouse so we didn't mind drinking from the wrong cup. This is a very unhygienic practice. They should not remove the cups from the table and instead should have brought a pot of hot water to the table for refills.

A great place to eat when you are in a hurry,friendly staff. You can also order from the menu,sometimes we have the mixed udon noodle soup bowl.Can get a little expensive if you are really hungry or have teenagers.
