Holy Basil Parramatta - Castle Hill

The Thai food at this restaurant is truly amazing! It's very authentic and not your average Thai restaurant. We always struggle to order Thai food from anywhere else now. Their ox tongue and papaya salad are delicious. The drinks are wonderful and the curries are excellent. I highly recommend this place. It may be a bit on the pricier side for Thai food (especially for takeout), but it's definitely worth it overall.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! The service was great as well. I sat outside with a beautiful view of the water, in a lovely environment. The waitress was cheerful and prompt in taking my order. The food was served quickly as well. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come here often. In my Melbourne suburb, the Thai curries are usually not very good - either lacking sweetness or flavor. However, the curry I had at Holy Basil was perfect: flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. The spring rolls were also delicious!

Holy Basil is the perfect spot for my partner and me to enjoy delicious Thai/Laos cuisine! This was our first time dining at the newly renovated Parramatta location. The food was exceptional, with the deep fried ice cream being a particular favorite that we couldn't resist sharing. Tony provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant and suggest booking in advance, as it tends to fill up quickly.

Loved the Thai cuisine here. Soft shell crab and Red chicken curry was awesome, one of my favourite. Tom Yum Hot and Sour soup was one very unique soup which was tangy in taste. Loved the place. Must visit place.
