Cafeteria Bodega Diamo

We decided to go out of town from Campo and looked for nearby cities with good restaurants. This did not disappoint. The prices are slightly higher than in some other places, but worth that extra money we got excellent service, fine environment with less flies (I do not know why the small cities in here are swarming flies) and marvelous food.

We ate here both nights we were in the village. The first night we had one of their set menus the second night we selected a starter, main dessert each. Both nights we thought the food was very tasty, nicely presented filling. Although they obviously did not speak a lot of English they had their menu in english had no trouble taking our order easily understood our requested to change wines not have eggs.

Staff was very friendly but spoke very little english. We ended up having to use the google translator to figure the menu out. The food was prepared very quickly and was of good quality. I had the local sausage dish which I can definately recommend and my partner the veal which was a generous portion as it covered his whole plate. We finished with coffee which was very good..
