Chalten Argentinian Food - Casselberry

First off, the coffee is fantastic. It's far superior to the mediocre brews often found at breakfast spots around here: strong, flavorful, and not at all bitter. The breakfast menu is small—this isn’t one of those typical diner-style places—but we tried the avocado toast, and it was superb. All the breads and baked goods are made on-site, and you can really taste the quality. The bread is nice and perfectly toasted, and the avocado topping is fresh, delicious, and quite generous. The simple egg was cooked to perfection. The owner, a genuinely friendly guy, personally prepares both the coffee and the food. While the service might not be the quickest, it's certainly worth the wait for such well-crafted, handmade items. Chalten Bakery is definitely a special place!
