Starting from the wonderful location, a warm and familiar environment, staff always available and courteous, gnocco appetizers and meats of excellent quality, first and second excellent using very good raw materials and season; dishes cured. Very characteristic place just outside Reggio Emilia. Friendly and friendly staff. I had dinner starting with fried dumpling (other than what is usually found in our province in preparation with different types of flours that give it a very pleasant taste), frying for nothing heavy, accompanied by a dish of excellent salami of the territory that I passed directly to the dish of meat, a tender tender tender tender tender tender tender tender served with parmigian cream and black truffles with grilled vegetables. The chocolate cake without flour, with almonds and candied orange, created following an ancient family recipe, completes the excellent dinner. Ideal for dinner/dining in an intimate and welcoming place (it can also book more reserved rooms in the main room) to enjoy traditional cuisine revisited with creativity by the young chef. In the menu proposed of first courses all with homemade pasta and interesting cheese cutters. I forgot, well-stocked cellar.
