Amazing evening at Canyon Kitchen. The folks there encouraged us to arrive early to soak up spectacular views of Cow Mountain, trout streams and gardens. Best flounder ever! Delicious cocktails! Try the Grapefruit Rubio. Menu changes daily wished we had made reservations for every night of our stay!

Had an amazing dinner at Canyon Kitchen last night celebrating our tenth anniversary. Loved the food, loved the service, loved the setting. All three together make it almost magical! Can't wait to come back!
