フィードバックを提供するThere appears to be ongoing issues with staffing and scheduling. Mobile ordering is frequently disabled. That wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t also significant waits, even when not busy. The lounge is often closed without notice. I started calling ahead to see if the lounge would be open. The last time I went, I called and verified it would be open until 7:00 (posted hours). About 10 minutes after I arrived, I was asked to leave because they were closing the lounge. I was told someone just called in sick. I doubt this was sick. I have seen the store have online ordering and the lounge closed with at least 4 people working. Something else is going on. I don’t understand how they stay open.I have had several trips wasted to unposted closures. The drive through has detained me for over 30 minutes (I know this isn’t exaggeration because of my dashboard clock)There are failures in efficiency, staffing and leadership at this location. Matters have worsened enough that I think it’s easier to drive farther than to deal with their organizational woes.It is downright inconvenient and time-consuming to try to bring this location business. It’s also frustrating to be asked to leave because people are “out sick”.This location needs to be closed. If reopened, properly staffed for the posted hours. If orders can’t be fulfilled in less than 30 minutes, perhaps it should stay close rather than continue to be a liability for the brand.
How devoid of humanity does corporate have to be to sue its union for speaking out against genocide? I will never return to buying anything this brand has to offer.
Melissa didn’t want to switch out a tea bag for a tea bag. First Starbucks i’ve ever been to deny a different tea bag. Lol not sure why a multi billionaire company has a chokehold on these folks making minimum wage.
Arrived on a Sunday just hit afternoon, and ordered 2 chestnut praline frappes in the drive thru. There was miscommunication and I was being given a latte instead. The woman with blonde hair and glasses was so, so, soooo sweet! She said not a problem and had me pull to the parking lot and I got the frappes. Amazing service and in no way did they make me feel bad for my order mixup on a really busy morning. You guys are the best!
Typical Starbucks with good service however the drive through service seemed to take longer than normal this day.
