フィードバックを提供するI drove all the way out here because it was said online that she opened at 6:30 a.m. and I was there at 8:30 a.m. one of the workers on the running gear by screen said "we are closed". I had to ask when they opened, then he said “9:00”. I waited around and came back to this time, he then said “we are closed” again. I asked when they opened up because he just told me they were open. I didn't get a reply. I moved to the window to get a better understanding and the woman who was right at the window looked at me and went away looks like the side of the load in the lobby where I couldn't see her. I waited for a few minutes in the window and there was no return yet. when I finally pulled out the window, at least 3 employees were sitting in the lobby. a simple form of communication would have solved all this. but instead everyone chose to sit around and say nothing. I am very disappointed by customer service and will not come back.
I gave this place two stars because the food was not horrible but the customer service was. I went twice to this place one late in the evening and contributing the customer service experience to the hour and then again today during the day. The employees were rushing us and when I informed them of a mistake they made with my order they were just kind of like “and?” So yeah I would not recommend this Wendy’s location. Staff training should be more inclusive of the customer experience. However there are other wonderful food places in the same plaza as this Wendy’s with better customer service. Try any of those other places and skip the tude at Wendy’s.
It was fine. We good to this location often due to proximity and then being open late. The best thing I can say is they got the order correct this time.
I like going here because the other is not as good. So Im ordering my food and as I’m ordering I’m being or felt as rush if that’s all. And If finish ordering and Im being told to pull to the window without knowing how much is my food. I get to the window the guy barely knew what was going on and the lady beside him didn’t know how to count.(reason why) I said can I get 4 more orders of the number 3 after I order it the first time. So she says that i want only 1 order of the number 3. So I told her I wanted 40 in total of the chicken nuggets and she still was confused. So I just gave up.
Bad drive-through interaction, poor customer service and low food quality.
