The Big Easy - Cary

I want to start by saying that this salmon is the best I have ever had. The restaurant's service was excellent. Our dinner arrived hot and delicious-looking. We got the Chicken Caesar Wrap, the salmon Lafayette, which was very good, the Gator Bites,which I thought were a little too salty but not too horrible, and the Taste of Louisiana, which wasn't that bad. We choose aBananas Foster for dessert. For comparison, I've never had one before, but this was really good. If I have the chance to sampleanother, I hope it will be just as good.

Very good food and service, as always. Izzy is a treasure. She kept a smile on her face while she supported us, and that made the experience even better. My burger was cooked as desired and very tastefully. The roasted okra was also perfectly cooked, and the right amount of delicacies for the outer bread season. The Moscow mule was refreshing. The Big Easy was always one of my favorites in the area. I enjoyed this experience and will come back.

Here on a quiet Friday afternoon waiting for tires next door at Discount Tire. Crab appetizer was great and the beer tap selection was nice. 1000% better than sitting in an Auto store waiting room. Great location!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late lunch so just sat at the bar. Bar was well stocked with about 10 to 12 beers on tap. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. Everything was hot and very good. Surprise how much food we got for the price. No complaints at all. Would have like the gator bits to be a bit bigger. They were good but a little small. This place is casual.

Great service. Food was good. Really liked the alligator bites. Was disappointed I couldn't get shrimp instead of ham in the jambalaya. Got the gumbo instead. Was mainly rice with couple pieces of sausage and very little chicken. Mainly soup. Good sweet tea.
