Teresa's Italian Cuisine - Cary

My first review is below and had given 5 stars. I wanted to update because parts were cut in half. Small salad now means 4 bites. And the quality has changed. Caesar Salat had no anchovies as advertised or as it originally did when we first came here. First visit Impressions: There are two really Italian women cooking the food. We loved the food we ordered! It was amazing and so tasteful. The Caesar salad had anchovies that are hard to find. This place will certainly be part of our normal rotation. I recommend this place for everyone in Italian food.

My husband and I ate here in January! Food was wonderful, we had to wait long and the staff had some problems. But it was the most delicious Italian food I had. Update: There seems to have been a name change to Teresa? S

This is a fantastic hole-in-the-wall local Italian place. It is a no-flair experience but the flavors and cuisine make it a must stop. Their calamari was delicious and paired with a fantastic homemade marinara sauce. Both of our pasta dishes were flavorful and the homemade pasta made it fresh and authentic. We will definitely be back and are excited to try several other items off the menu. The pizzas also looked very good and can't wait to try them!

First time visit 1/22/22. We started out with CALAMARI FRITTI it was prepared to perfection light and the marinara sauce homemade with flavor that complimented each succulent bite. We also was given a bread basket. Which was very nice. My Wife had the TAGLIATELLE ALLO SCOGLIO: Clams, mussels, shrimps, calamari cherry tomatoes sauteed in a white wine sauce. Served over tagliatelle pasta. She said was incredible. Our Waitress Ashley was very good. I inquired about Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (which was not offered on the menu) but she immediately said sure we have that and use the homemade in house penne pasta. It was exquisitely complex, rich and delicious. After finishing our meal Thersa the Owner introduced herself and we really enjoyed talking to her very nice and driven to succeed in the restaurant. Highly recommended give them a try. Just be patient as the restaurant is not fast food and a experience to enjoy with family friends and loved ones. ??

This is the most authentic Italian I've ever experienced. I can't recommend this place enough!! Best pasta I've found, I absolutely love the boscaiola. I've brought all my friends and family here. (PS beautiful paintings here on the wall ? @Shalimar)
