I stopped by this restaurant today for a smoothie and it was amazing! Not only is everything gluten-free, but the staff were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with dietary restrictions like dairy-free and gluten-free.

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, as it is conveniently located near my workplace in Tryon Village. The staff was extremely friendly, the establishment was impeccably clean (which is a top priority for me), and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I got the chocolate cacao bowl with chocolate protein powder and it was delicious. Cost about $15 after tip so this isn't a treat I would get on a weekly basis. The service was very slow but the place appeared to be severely understaffed and the worker did apologize for the wait. Would visit again!
