Pizza Hut - Cary

Cashier doesn't wash his hands before the pizza after handling money. We have also made a way and I'm waiting for it over 30 minutes to get our 2 medium-sized 1 pizzas. I'm sitting here watching it's not cut. I'm over at lunch. It doesn't smell like pizza... not back.

Where do we start. This pizza we got was so bad. The pizza crust was so stale, its something I?ve never received before. It was weird because it seemed overcooked and stale at the same time. I could see if it was a weekend or busy night, but we even had papa johns on superbowl Sunday and it was perfect, so I?m not sure what the issue was. We were freezing, starving, and coming from some emergency dental appointments, or else we wouldn?t have asked for a redo order. It was 10 percent better, but not what were used to from pizza hut, and definitely not making me want to switch. Both pizzas were freezing cold, which obviously didn?t help the staleness.

I had the most unprofessional service experience I've ever encountered. The manager seemed very immature and didn't handle the situation well. I was incredibly frustrated and asked to speak with him, only to be met with an dismissive attitude. It felt like we were being treated poorly, and as a result, I won't be returning to this restaurant again. I've definitely lost my business for good.

I ordered two pizzas, and unfortunately, both arrived cold after over an hour of waiting for delivery. They felt more like they had been boiled than baked, and there was no sauce or cheese on them. I wanted to speak to someone about my experience, but the prompt for reporting issues with the order only rang about 20 times before I was met with a busy signal. I should have known better than to order from here. Honestly, I wouldn't even eat this pizza if it were free at work!

The service was absolutely terrible! We had to return our pizza three times. When we finally received it, both the pizza and the wings were so unpleasant that we ended up throwing them away. It caused gastrointestinal issues for the entire family. I only chose this place because it was a Friday night and the wait at my usual pizza place was too long. I will never make that mistake again!
