Persis Indian Grill - Cary

This is truly the best place to enjoy Indian cuisine! My boys love coming here. The spices and aromas of the food are simply amazing! I highly recommend it!

We are incredibly thankful that Persis handled our wedding catering. The food was absolutely delightful! Many of our guests traveled from the city, particularly from the Northeast/New Jersey area, and countless attendees shared that this was the best wedding dinner they had ever experienced. The live dosa station was a standout attraction, and the chef even prepared dishes typical of our region in India, including a delicious Jackfruit Curry. Even months after the wedding, people continue to tell me how much they enjoyed the food. We are immensely grateful to the entire team for making our wedding weekend such a success!

This charming little restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and an attentive staff that ensures quick service. While the buffet selection is somewhat limited compared to other local options, the quality of the food is exceptional. I personally prefer a smaller buffet with delicious dishes rather than a larger selection with mediocre offerings. One highlight was the Bombay Tawa biryani, which was available daily and was always my favorite. However, I recently noticed it has been removed from the menu. I urge the management to consider bringing it back.

On Sunday you can enjoy your lunch buffet. The food tasted good and there were a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers as well as ducks. The service was also good. The only drawback was the long waiting time before the table.

One of the better Indian restaurants in the area. Service especially was top notch. I was very nervous because we were celebrating my Dad's birthday and wanted to make sure that both food and service was good. Super happy to say that Persis delivered on both fronts! The staff especially Raja (10 stars for him) and other servers too were excellent! We ordered a lot of sizzlers, Pomfret, lamb seekhs, chicken Tikka. Also ordered chicken lollipop, shrimp vepudu special, cauliflower munchurian, butter chicken, malai kofta, butter bullet naan. The Mango Lassi was yummy the Masala chai was very good! My only slight feedback would be to the chef to watch the extra salt in some of the appetizers the sweetness in the curries. We still liked everything a lot! Definitely will be back!
