Mcdonald's - Cary

First, I asked to pay with a $100 bill and answer was ow no! OwkThen, ordered the chicken sandwich with no pickles, it came out with absolutely nothing just chicken and bun! What?! Not even a sauce or ketchup on side ? Waste of money and more important appetiteFood: 1/5

This is probably the only McDonalds with an open dining room. It was very busy, so the wait for our food was long. I admire the employees. The seemed to function as a team and worked efficiently. The food was excellent. This is the McDonalds on Walnut Street in Cary.

Stopped by on the way home, after a late night flight arrival into RDU. Staff is friendly (even at 0100), food was prepared properly/hot and fresh, coke and sprite are crispy. This McD’s came in clutch. Thanks y’all!

Sat in line for 40 minutes on a Saturday night paid cash because their systems were down, and then looked in the bag to see that they had forgotten an item! Now we’re at the door (it’s closed and locked and there’s a doorbell that’s being rung and not being answered!! I understand being short staffed but if they are and then the system is not working they just need to close down and fix it. I would be much more satisfied to come to a McDonald’s that was close versus sitting in line for 45 minutes and then getting items that I’m missing for me to have to stand in another line to get the item.

The staff at the drive-through windows were very nice .Bathroom was clean .The small McDonald's sign is Too Small to clearly see from road , it could cause an accident the way people drive .My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good , slight different in taste then Connecticut .Parking: Clean parking lot .
