Wow! If I say it's amazing, you can trust me. I travel all the way from Hingham to get this ice cream, and it's absolutely worth it!
We've been visiting Erickson's Ice Cream for over 40 years, and following our daughter-in-law's suggestion, we decided to celebrate National Ice Cream Day there! Our granddaughter absolutely loved it! I understand that even the best restaurants can have an off day, but we've never been let down by the quality of their products!
Erickson's is a wonderful spot to enjoy a variety of ice cream flavors. Having grown up in Carver, I have many fond childhood memories associated with it.
